To exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions below.

 

We aim to keep exchanges and returns as hassle-free as possible. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please either contact us first or send the order back using the return address below.

 

To help us process your return quickly, please include a note inside the parcel with:

 

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • The action you would like us to take (refund, exchange, or credit note)

Returns Policy

  • Returns must be made within 28 days of receiving your order
  • Returns received after 28 days can be exchanged for a different size but are not eligible for a refund
  • Sale items are eligible for an exchange or credit note only. Refunds are not available on sale items
