Our Story
Hobo Jack was founded in 2014 by brothers Dan and Jimmy. What began with printing t-shirts in a garage quickly became something bigger. Before the brand existed, the brothers spent years travelling the world, drawn to tattoo culture, craftsmanship and the freedom that comes with doing things differently. Along the way, they earned the nickname “The Hobo Brothers”, a name that would later define the brand.
When they returned home, they couldn’t find a brand that reflected that lifestyle. So they built one.
With no background in fashion, Dan and Jimmy learned by doing. Every penny was reinvested, every mistake became a lesson, and the brand grew organically, driven by community rather than trends. Today, Hobo Jack is a fully independent, family-run business with industry-leading production, operating from multiple UK locations and shipping worldwide.
To date, Hobo Jack has fulfilled over 500,000 orders and sold more than 1 million T-shirts, collaborating with artists and creators across the globe, from London and New York to Tokyo, Berlin and Los Angeles.
The brand expanded further with the launch of the Hobo Jack Tattoo Studio, based in the countryside on the Parley Manor estate. The studio has become one of Dorset’s favourite tattoo destinations and remains a core part of the brand’s creative foundation.
Hobo Jack has never been about chasing money or following rules. The focus has always been on independence, craftsmanship and building something that lasts. The brand continues to evolve, shaped by the people who wear it and the culture that inspired it in the first place.
This is only the beginning.
