CHRISTMAS POST
OUR CUT OFF DATE for CHRISTMAS DELIVERY is the 16th December 2022.
Any items purchased after this date will be in the Royal Mail system but are unlikely to arrive before Christmas 25th December.
We will obviously try our best to get all orders out the door as soon as possible after this date.
Orders before this date are being processed at a fast rate with staff working day and night to get orders out and will be with Royal Mail for Christmas Delivery hopefully.
Please also be aware that this year has been extremely challenging for post with Royal Mail, there have been lots of strike days through November & December as well as recent bad weather. All our parcels are fully tracked and insured so we will sort out an issues you may experience.
Please allow at least 3-4 working days for your parcel to get the appropriate tracking number, and once it is in the Royal Mail system it takes 48-72 hours to fully update and be delivered.
We apologise for any late deliveries, we have had the busiest period to date and have got in extra staff to help, we always aim to give our customers great value products and our return customer rate has been huge. Thank you to everyone that has supported us.
